"This hotel was located in the perfect area! Close to the beach, restaurants and right around the corner from Target at the International Marketplace which was really handy. The staff at the hotel were all kind and were able to help with any requests we had (i.e., hot water kettle, extra towels, pillow, etc.). We were able to participate in the hotel's weekly activities like Lei Making, which was fun and a good experience. The bathroom was a little tight as the door opened into the sink counter and the sink was tiny. But we had a full-sized bathtub. Pool and gym were maintained well and we were able to use them almost every day of our stay. We had a mini fridge but there was no microwave in the room. Parking was $50 for 24 hours, with in and out priviledges, at the time of our stay and it was good for the convenience as you have direct access to the hotel through the parking garage. We took advantage of luggage storage on our last day. Our room was located close to the service elevator used by employees so it did get a bit noisy, but other than that, we had a great stay. We would definitely come back next time we're in Waikiki!"

"The hotel staff were very nice, and accommodating. The hotel is older, but the room was fine, great views of the ocean. Our room was cleaned everyday with fresh towels. The only real issue we had was the water in the shower early in the morning takes a while to warm up, other than that it was all great. "
