The rooms do not look like how they are advertised. Its very dirty within the building and very gross within the rooms. There was broken furniture, no lights were plugged in and bugs coming out of the sink. Do not stay here.

BOOKERS BEWARE OF THIS HOTEL/MOTEL NO GOOD

Went to get this place omg!!! Run down wasnt the word people leave in this place the conditions was bad to call it a hotel it look so bad you thing it was a drug house so bad its not worth!! The money!!! I'm very disappointed hotel.com sould not do busy with this people not worth the money or stars i will always look and not rush this was the worse experience of my life the staff are amazing thw conditions wasnt!!! elevator had something like a rag in top vent area that was Filthy it was so disgusting just had to warn you this isnt worth the money at all sorey to say

What happened?

I've been to this location in the past. Every year it keeps going down in room condition. Upon arrival the receptionist was friendly and helpful. In the hotel listing it stated that breakfast was included, like in the past. No breakfast due to covid, ok understandable. Upon arrival to the front door of my room it was hard to open. I had to forcibly open the door because it was sticking. Upon getting comfortable and using the restroom I had a hard time closing the bathroom door. I really had to forcibly close the door. The toilet seat was loose. The chair provided for the desk had tears on it. When I sat down and slightly reclined I nearly toppled over. This chair shouldn't be in a guest room it should be in a dumpster. The top latch on the door was damaged. This is the end of an era. I will no longer be patronizing this establishment. It wasn't an expensive room but it wasn't cheap either. My future stay in Lebanon will be elsewhere.

Property was not very clean, sink didn’t drain for 10 minutes after use and had dried up toothpaste in it, shower was old and yellow, said breakfast was provided, but was not. Very outdated.

Absolutely the worst place I have ever stayed. First the place smelled like smoke heavily. Then I was taking a shower and 2 roaches crawled from a hole in the wall. Not to mention black mold all around the ceiling. Then the room itself looks like it hasn’t been vacuumed since it opened. I cannot stress enough to NOT book this place.

Over half of this venue is abandoned & boarded up; a lot of foot traffic to the long term tenants at all hours; totally filthy for the most part; Only kind thing to say was the courtyard garden area in the center of the hotel was very nice, like a rose among thorns.

This hotel is misrepresented in the listing. It is not clean at all. Leaves and cigarette butts and broken glass outside. inside gross, dead bugs, sticky lamp switches, gunk on floors and hair- beds and shower!!! Seriously needs cleaned up!

Not the best or the worst

The overall condition of the property is at best poor. The best section is the Lobby area. Staff is okay but may need more training in dealing with customers. Carpet, painting and parking area are in dire need of repair. The hallways had a strong odor of cigarettes and marijuana.
