"Close to the airport"

"Wyndham purchased this property and did a quick face lift repainting rooms and adding some updated furniture, bathroom mirror, and adding a new tub walls for the shower. Here is what was disappointing, the closer you look at the paint job you can see places where they missed, broken tile base falling off the wall in the bathroom, they also sprayed some kind of tub film on the bottom of the tub which is now pealing off, they still used the old faucets (tub & sink) which are stiff to use, and...

"The room was clean, but half of the outlets didn’t work, and the carpet near the bed smelled like urine. Since I was staying in an accessibility room, I suspect someone simply couldn’t reach the bathroom in time. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful. Parking can be a bit of a challenge, as it’s first come, first served. As long as you return before evening, you should be able to secure a parking spot in front of the building. "I always stay here for the clean rooms, the park and ride option, you can always count on their shuttle to get you there on time. Friendly staff, good food and the market is great too."

"Room was clean. Bed was a little firmer than I would've liked. We went to the pool it's was very clean and well maintained. Hot tub was very relaxing. We had eggs, sausage, and potatoes for breakfast. Staff was very nice and helpful."

"This place could be something amazing. Looks like a massive property that was put in the wrong place. It could use a bit of upkeep here and there but by far and away the best value I have paid for a hotel. This place is significantly underrated. There has to be a story here I have not found, something happened and they are now limping along. Overall great stay"

"Room was clean but the south-facing windows were covered to with some kind of shade cloth on the outside , which looked terrible and prevented guests to look out of the window. This made me feel somewhat claustrophobic , especially since I just came from a hotel in Richmond that had no window at all. The complimentary breakfast was great , excellent choices , and great service and clean-up The complimentary shuttle was prompt and service excellent ."

"Room was very clean. We had an early flight so we didn’t spend much time. But the room was clean and them bed was comfy. Very close to the airport."

"Been booking this hotel for 3 years, and this year they charged for every little thing. Complimentary breakfast was now $15.99 parking is now $10 a night. Staff told us if we didn’t use all our breakfast vouchers we’d get refunded. During checkout they refused to refund the unused breakfast vouchers and staff told us to get the hell out of the hotel when we argued. Walkway on the side of the hotel has uneven steps, that caused me to trip and break my wrist and have a contusion on my ribs. Will...
