"I paid for breakfast ahead of time when booking but they still asked me to pay when I got it. It was 15 bucks so I just told them to charge the room because that’s not much. But why pay ahead of time when booking lol"

"There was a group in the lobby that was VERY loud that was there from the time we checked in (about 8) until after midnight even though they had posted quiet hours starting at 11. When we finally called the front desk to complain and ask why quiet hours weren’t being observed they said they don’t enforce them until someone complains."

"Stayed one night on the way to Chicago because it's pet friendly. Everything was great - clean room, comfy bed, although a little high for a short person, nice breakfast. Has a nice indoor pool area although we didn't have time to use it. Would definitely stay here again."

"Well, it is by the Airport but the amount of noise from 2am to 5am is horrific. I slept better in Afganistan. Hotel is clean and good breakfest. Bring ear protection lol."

"The property was spectacular! So unique and perfect for the area. The bourbon bar lounge was amazing. Fernando (the bartender) was extremely knowledgeable, very helpful and such a pleasure to talk to. 10/10! We won’t be staying anywhere else on return visits!"

"It rained in the window and the A/C unit got wet. I had to cut the unit off. The staff put towels on the window seal and over the A/C unit to keep them from getting any wetter"

"I enjoyed my stay very much. The only thing that I had a problem with was the room we were given was not clean. There was an old drink, a used towel and tissue left in the room on the bed. Someone also used the restroom and didn't flush. I was upset about that but went back down and given another room. Although happy for the other room nothing else was done about the inconvenience. Other than that my stay was great."

"This place is new and clean. The suites are lovely and nicely stocked. However, I was woke by lots of noise in the room above me. No one answered the phone at the front desk, so I couldn't even ask to have the noise addressed. Doesn't seem like the staff is paying attention. Also the breakfast food was sitting in grease. Seems like for such a nice Hilton hotel brand, that you all could do better."

Keeping us feed, encouraged and excited to tell the stories of our day was Brittney! Robbie in the morning was a breath of fresh air and when I couldn’t find my son at breakfast one morning he called in the men’s bathroom for me to see if he was there.
