"There was dried urine on the base of the toilet upon arrival. Not the first Hilton Garden I've stayed at, but wont be staying here again. They also charge $25 for the exact same continental breakfast bar that's complimentary at other Hilton Garden's. I'm sure things like that are discretionary decisions made by management, but it just felt unnecessary. Beds and pillows were cozy, sheets & towels were also fresh. "

"We used this location for a trip to the new Hard Rock casino in Tejon. I recommend this location and it’s only 17 min from the casino."

"The lady at check in was cold and unprofessional. She refused a restroom to a minor and didn't speak a word until the end of the check in process to direct us upstairs. Absolutely appalling behavior for a hospitality position at the front desk. The night auditor and day clerk were both kind and acknowledged our existence when we ran into them later in our stay. The room was sparse. The conditioner was empty... with the front desk lady being so unwelcoming we didn't ask for more conditioner or more towels. The kids did enjoy the pool. We didn't get breakfast because the lady never told us when it was or where it was at. Truly diabolical for a busy hub and expensive rat trap of a dilapidated hotel. Best Western is trash compared to the brand quality previously and this one has been the worst due to the unfriendly behavior. "

"Overall everything was fine. The breakfast was as good with a variety. The issue was I asked for housekeeping the first morning, never came. Not a problem, called and got more towels and a trash bag. The hotel listing said housekeeping every other day, so I figured they would come the next day. Wrong, they never came. So I had to call and ask for them to come replace and collect the towels and take out the trash. They were quick to come take care of those few items."
