"From entering the hotel we had the friendliest of welcomes from both Francesca and Erik. The room was everything we could have asked for in terms of comfort and cleanliness, a real luxury feel. We regret we were only able to spend one night and would absolutely make this our hotel of choice if we return. The location was perfect, just a few minutes’ walk from the historic center, making it easy to explore the city while enjoying a quiet and comfortable place to stay. Alberto was an exceptional host—very accommodating, extremely responsive, and always willing to help with any questions or requests. "This was the worst experience I have ever had. The car pulled up in front of a garage with no indication there was a hotel inside the building. We found an elevator at the back with no signage indicating there was a hotel or where the hotel was located. Once we found the floor the hotel was on we could not enter as the door was locked. We finally got the hotel clerk on the intercom who tried to tell us how to enter, but we could not understand him until several tries. He would not come to the...
