"Staff was great. Hotel was good. Beds terrible worst I’ve stayed on"

"It was an easy check-in and the room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was typical with both hot and cold items. Lots of seating. The only issue was the loud noise from the upstairs whenever anyone flushed the toilet. That being said, I would stay again. "

"Downside: noisy! New building being built next door plus the floor above us had lots of commotion. A plug in by the door didn’t work at all and it’s right beside a mirror (handy for blow drying hair while bathroom is occupied). I asked for a late check out for 12 noon since I had a doctor appt close by, she said if you’re not a IHG member they normally charge. I said for 1 extra hour?? The pillows were also super flat and I had to put a towel underneath. Best part: underground parking, spacious room. For the nightly rate of nearly $200 I would not stay here again. Poor value for money. "

"Breakfast quantity and quality were OK, however, staff did not restock food items in a timely manner. More attention also required with respect to wiping down tables and the food serving areas as guests leave. "

"The bed was very comfortable, it was quiet, the fireplce is nice. Good place to stay before a flight."
