"We have recently stayed at this wonderful guest house for two nights. Kevin was an absolutely amazing host who could not do enough for us. He was very welcoming & shared local information & advice. Kevin went above & beyond & arranged for us to have access to a lovely family room following checking out so I could prepare for an interview. I can’t recommend staying here enough! "I arrived early due to my phone not working and I needed WiFi to message my sister. The host was so kind to let me in and use the WiFi and drop off my bags eventhough the room wasn't redy yet. She was very friendly and they iffered free coffee and breakfast. I felt very welcomed."

"A very nice quiet hotel located right of the promenade , villa marina and near many good places to eat and shop within walking distance. Excellent staff provides quiet, friendly service. "Room was clean and had everything we needed but was at the end of a corridor with no lift access. A person with mobility issues would struggle to get to the room using stairs only. Breakfast was good lots of options and plenty of food on offer. "

"Best place I’ve stayed on the Isle of Mann. Room was well maintained, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was 1st class, good quality and very welcoming. Staff were excellent from check in, to the bar staff and breakfast staff all couldn’t do enough for you. We shall be booking for next years visit."

"Excellent location for the ferry and local bars and restaurants. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and very clean. The atrium balconies were a surprise as that is exactly what they are, looking into a covered atrium so no actual outside windows. Breakfast was a buffet, well stocked and plenty of choice. Staff were very helpful and friendly, giving good advice on where to visit and eat."
