The stay was lovely and comfortable. Been here quite a few times and will continue to do so. Just feel very welcome at the queens. Breakfast was also very nice, bit noisy due to the acoustics of the room but still very nice. Going to the room the room makeover team were also very welcoming as we walked through. Top notch hotel. "Staff at Oulton Hall are the stand out feature. From check in to Oliver in the restaurant to the waiting staff at breakfast, all are well above expectations.
Old school service where staff wait for you to pass rather than rushing to get where THEY need to be is actually quite refreshing these days.
Can some things be improved, sure but this hotel has a lovely pool, great dinner and breakfast and just a lovely vibe.
Check it out, for the most of us, it’s a wonderful experience. "

"Amazing price for what it is, I was taking my 1 year old to visit her dad for Christmas time and needed a kitchen to be able to make her food the added bonus of a dishwasher and a washer/dryer was super helpful. Rooms and communal areas and staff were always helpful and nice and there is always someone at the desk to help. Also as I was leaving I struggled carrying my daughter and our many bags and the cleaner took time to help carry some of my bags down the hallway to the lift this was above...

"Great thank you lovely room. Reception said hotel policy was they couldn’t sterilise my baby’s bottles, which was a bit difficult to do. So not great with newborns/infants. As no microwave in the room or for use anywhere else. But overall good stay "
