"Very clean place"

"Did not like had to take shuttle to/from the airport parking lot to the hotel since the people mover closed. Was way more convenient to walk out the door onto the people mover directly into the airport. Hard to believe its cheaper to pay for more busses and drivers than just maintaining the walkway."

"While our stay was otherwise pleasant, it ended with a serious security issue that should never happen at any hotel. At approximately 7:30 a.m. on the morning of checkout, a man used a working key card to open our room door, claiming he had previously stayed there and left his shoes behind. Whether he was given a new key or his old key was never deactivated, neither explanation is acceptable. The Hampton being full down the road was the best thing that ever happened because it allowed me to discover the Wexford."

"The price and the location were only the beginning of why we gave the location five stars. The staff here saved the day when the card reader was shorted by an electrical surge. This meant staff needed to escort people to their rooms every time they came and went. What was obviously a frustrating experience for all involved was handled with professionalism, calm and kindness. They rocked. Also, in addition to the care we received, the staff comped our valet, which would have otherwise cost...
