"很明顯他們的員工不夠，訓練也不夠，員工服務非常慢，從來沒住過這麼遭的五星級飯店。
我們帶著兩個小孩抵達飯店時沒有人出來拿行李，我進去找人才有一個女服務生推著車出來，但是他完全幫不上忙，只站在旁邊看著。
櫃檯只有一個人在服務，沒有人指引要去哪裡辦理入住。
我們在房間點了一份炒麵也是等了40分鐘。
我需要一個嬰兒座椅在房間，等了20分鐘來了一個人說要幫我整理嬰兒床，我說我需要的是嬰兒座椅，再等20分鐘才來。一張座椅要等40分鐘？
當你需要飯店的服務時都要等很久，我們對於Pullman感到非常失望，我絕不會再去也不會推薦朋友去住"

"Heel vriendelijk personeel, die het je naar de zin wilde maken. Prachtige prive villa, met zwembad in alle rust. Als je het terrein afloopt sta je wel meteen in de drukte en heb je heel.veel mogelijkheden om te eten, drinken en te shoppen..van deze drukte merk je in je villa zelf niks van"

"A well positioned and nicely maintained hotel, the staff were very welcoming, friendly and efficient, we were very happy with the space, comfort and cleanliness of our room. The swimming pool area was ideal for our purposes and mostly had shady spots as the sun moved. The breakfast buffet provided an excellent selection of food, coffee was good and the juice options, particularly the watermelon and strawberry were a nice start to the day. "

"The location is very strategic because the beach, eatery, and bar is near and reachable by foot. You don't have to worry about finding food around the hotel. The hotel itself is decent just enough to get some sleep, sadly the renovation is kinda disturbing at the moment it will probably take a few months until they finished with it.
The room is spacious with necessary facilities, the breakfast is not that special but enough to start the day."

"This is a well presented accommodation. It has separate rooms with of privacy. Very sound proof when you close the door you don’t hear anything. The rooms are large enough great bed shower/bathroom. Small fridge but keeps things cold. Terrific location either through front gate to Legion Street or the back gate short walk to Poppies 1/2. Some good food at Hotel but also terrific restaurant all around. Pool is well maintained. Just enjoy"

"I have stayed at Sun Island on 5 separate occasions.
The location is very central and close to many supermarkets, milkbars, shops and wonderful, cheap massage venues where you will be treated besutifully.
The food is excellent value, tasty and nicely presented.
The staff are very courteous, smiling and happy working here, and that means they are valued as employees, and enjoy their workplace.
The drinks menu may not be huge, but is is acceptable with great prices and lovely...
