"Bathroom was a disaster! Bathtub literally had a 1/4 pound of dirt in the tub! I took pictures! A small towel and soap was placed on rim of tub! So whoever made up bathroom had to see it! After someone came into bathroom to clean it.. he used two used towels and a bottle of some cleaner to get rid of the dirt! I had to run shower to get rid of whatever chemicals in the cleaner .. and the drain was clogged enough to have 3 inches of water in it as I was showering! Lastly .. not one person...

"The check-in was polite enough, and quick glance entering property was clean enough, but when we opened our room for the first time it reeked of smoke and the TV was on. The cough was filthy and unusable, the desk area clean, the kitchen questionable clean. The bed looked clean but the pillows were horrible, the AC barely worked, and the more we inspected, filthy rugs, unvaccumed. The bathroom was gross, someone's hair in the shower, nasty stains on walls and doors. We won't be using this place...

The pillowcases looked like they had been previously slept on and the amount of dust on the ac and light units was immense. "I used to book this hotel all the time and never once had a pest issue except every now and then I had a wasp in the room but never an abundance of ants…The lady at the front desk tried to blame it on me leaving food out and I let it go because I knew I didn’t and I was on the 3rd floor. What made it worse was that there were no ants at all near the window, they were specifically all on a night table and the desk even got to the point I had ants landing on me and I had random ants on the bed "

" we have a quite disappointing staying there as start the lack of communication is unspeakable they send me a message with main door code and room code, which nowadays phones filter it as spam, rather than send through Expedia or personal email, it get worst when it comes to security, all the room has the same code, it’s scary like someone figurs out all has the same code or even by mistake open the same door.
In the first room, it was too cold below 70 despite the heating is working all day...

"I called specifically to book a certain room and my reservation room was moved without any confirmation.
I have allergies and I like to cook food for myself when I’m away - but the room I was given did not have a kitchen even though I called specifically to book that type of room.
When I alerted the front desk about this, they said it was “ someone new” who moved me and there was nothing they could do. I could hear the entire phone call of them talking about me and it was super uncomfortable...

"This hotel is GORGEOUS! We stayed on the 3rd floor and lived our room. Very spacious, comfortable, nicely decorated, very clean and decorated beautifully. The history of that building made it even more awesome. The bed, towels and linens were very nice and the room came with a blow dryer and steamer to iron clothes.
