Building site, unsafe, filthy, completely different from pictures on hotels.com. No lounge bar, no reception area. Should not have been open We walked out and drove home they refused to give me my money back.

Hotel was Ok , but a bit dated, door ito te room handle was falling off, bit scare couldn't get out if a fire and the attitude of the lady on reception last night was downright rude, i let myself i with my fob asked if you could get adrik in the restaurant would have been ok if she had just said no , but added do stay in this hotel as i haven't seen you before, atange as i had just come in a locked front door with a fob given to residents

From check in to check out,the service was terrible, arrived at the Hotel at 3 pm,there was no body at reception,after 25 minutes and a few phone calls the receptionist finally turned up,by then the queue for check in had doubled.When we finally checked in,turns out some of the bedding had been left in the passage way on the way to my room.The mattress on the bed was sunken in,had a very uncomfortable nights sleep.I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Oh dear...

When we arrived, we waited around 10 minutes (despite ringing the bell 3 times) to be checked in. Once in our room, my partner went to the toilet and the toilet was spraying out water, alot of water on the floor. Called down to Reception to have the comments "It hasnt done this before" and "was it like this before you came?"! Told we had to wait for Maintainance. We waited a while, but we were on a tight schedule and needed to get ready for a wedding. Then was told Maintainence were an hour away! Eventually, with some pushing, we were moved to another room. Hotel overall is awfull, paint peeling, shoddy paint work (just massive patches left different colours), ripped curtains, stained carpets, broken toilets, shower zip tied together, loose wires, broken furniture. The whole hotel looks like its being held together with sellotape. No amount of paint or aut fresheners will mask the fact the place needs to be demolished. I'll give credit where credit is due though - the bed was comfy.

Friendly service but very shoddy accommodation

I could list a long list of complaints about this hotel which is several decades past it's hayday. The falling apart furnishings, the dust and dirt every where, the shower that you barely get into and is either then burning hot or not and then the water doesn't run away, the TV that switches itself on when it wants to, or the bizarrely worrying amount of air fresheners all over the room to name a few, or I could just say thank you for the polite and friendly service and leave it at that.

It's okay

Service was great, the room not so much. Radiator didn't work so slept in coldness gathering warmth underneath the blanket. Just to note, bring your own iron, hair dryer etc it's just a nice simple hotel (loved the teddy tho)

Would not let my worst enemy STAY HERE

Absolute terrible. Smashed up cars in car park. Broken plug sockets in the walls. Stunk terrible. Red hot with windows open. Dirty as hell everywhere due to construction work. I left due to all this and was refused a refund!! This place should be shut down and reported to environmental health

Property was run down no outdoor lighting and looked like a scene from the bates motel and I turned right around and left. Nobody at reception with just a telephone number left to contact them overall would never look at booking there again and my request for a refund was denied by the owners. I wouldn’t let a stray dog stay there never mind a human being

The hotel room was dirty with marks all over the miror, in the bathtub and toiket was dirty. The television did not wirk. There is no dining facilities at all. The coffee and tea in the room was zero. The receptionist was non existence and felt like ww were in a hostel.

Cheap and nasty

This was without doubt the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. Shabby to say the least. Car park had two vandalised cars, so I parked out front. No one was on reception so tried ringing the bell which didnt work. Uncommunicative man eventually appeared and gave me my key, grunting my room number but nothing else. Room very basic, no wifi. Place felt like a hostel rather than a hotel

No facilities, untidy. Bathroom taps not working. Beds old and uncomfortable. AWFUL!!
