"I had a wonderful stay at Swiss! The room was clean, comfortable, and beautifully arranged. The staff were friendly and always ready to help. Great location, quiet and delicious breakfast as well. I truly enjoyed my experience and would happily return. Highly recommended to anyone who loves quiet environment.

"Stayed at Le Real Hotel for 7 days, while the room was manageable, the comfort level was not. The free breakfast was bland, the same egg and slice of toasted read every morning. Only one towel in the bathroom and no AC in the bathroom so you are forced to shower in heat. The tv in the room is very tiny and you are limited to just 6 channels. Furthermore the noise level on the weekends was UNACCEPTABLE. Seems they rented out their event center and the music blasted all day and through the night,...

"They said they couldn't find our reservation , we woke up to the room door opened, the only thing keeping the door from being wide open was the lock chain.
In the morning, they told us they had not received payment from hotels.com and they made us pay again. "
