Beautiful hotel. Amazing details in the lobby. Its massive. Quite a long walk to the front of the hotel, so don't forget anything in your room! Amazing pools and beach. Wouldn't go in the sea though. Beautiful sunrises. Decent air conditioned gym. Breakfast was good, although not the best I've had in Bali. The Indonesian cakes were very nice though.

Look no further, this hotel is the best in Bali. This was my sixth stay here and my expectations were exceeded yet again. Exceptional service, nothing but nothing is too much trouble. Both staff and management are totally committed to making sure that your stay is perfect in every detail. Do make sure that you dine in the Kayuputi restaurant - exquisite food and service!

Resort was right on the beach at Nusa Dua with amazing grounds and lagoons. 2 main restaurants meant that for the size of the resort, there was limited food variety but the Westin next door provided other dining options. Amazing cabanas dotted around the resort but were not free and had to be booked, which did not seem right when you are a paying guest. However despite these minor issues, would highly recommend the resort if you want to get away from everything as Nusa Dua is an area full of 5*...

Best place we stay on our honeymoon by a country mile. Highly recommend you stay at The Mulia which should not be mistaken with the Mulia Resort and Village other locations in the resort. You get the full range of services from the excellent Butler service to the beachfront view from your cabana to the excellent suites. Love, Love Love. We had a blast and my wife will want us to come every year. The Food was great but not all the restaurants are meeting the exacting standards the Mulia sets...

I've visited over 30 countries and stayed in well over 150 hotels and the Viceroy is my favorite! Picturesque location, stunning jungle backdrop, attentive but not intrusive staff, exquisite food, the list of "positives" is truly endless. The lady who runs the restaurant is phenomenal at her job, ensuring everything operates like clock work, but the standard of service overall is very high. Really stunning villa. Loved the staff very friendly and we got little gifts every night which was really sweet! Good eats locally and their room service was great too! Would recommend and come there again. Loved our private pool too!

We had a wonderful stay at Gdas Wellness resort. It was a very peaceful retreat, with excellent facilities, vegan food and friendly, attentive staff. We stayed at the prestigious 2 bedroom villa which had a fantastic pool and was very tranquil. We booked excursions through the hotel which was easy and efficient. Would highly recommend this resort for restorative, health and wellbeing.

Great stay made possible by a team of willing staff. I liked that they often enquired about your question before answering instead of just saying 'No'. We stayed at the Nusa Dua Ritz and we were recommended by the food manager at Nusa Dua to try Mandapa and I can say that the stay was excellent. Thank you to Sang Made & Wayan. Insects and Mosquitoes (obviously, because its UBUD & you're practically in the forest): There are lots of insects - not only mosquitoes but some other kind of flies...

Fantastic stay, the hotel has a lot of nice individual touches. Was very welcoming for children with a lot of activities.

My wife & I stayed at the Mulia resort for our honeymoon. No upgrade was given and it's clear that the staff have no discretion to go the extra mile for guests. The hotel was great and very clean and tidy throughout. Staff don't speak good English but very friendly and polite. We had a great time and would recommend this hotel. We only had one issue, as they wasn't an iron in the hotel and apprentely we can only steam or pay for dry cleaning. This is poor for a 5 start resort, having a few...

Nice comfortable property to spend with family .our stay here has been quite enjoyable .The location is nice & one can walk down to the market nearby where there are multiple options for food . The only one thing where we find the property was lacking is in its's very limited dining option with limited dishes .

Pay a bit extra and stay in a club room well worth it the staff can't do enough for you SUGIARTA was a jem. I loved the little ducks coming up at meal times to be feed where can you got fillet steak for breakfast it's one of the best hotels I've stayed in FIVE STAR PLUS thank you NUSA DUA
