"Check in was fine. Room was not that clean and had many things broken. For the price of this place I was very shocked. We rented scooters from their security staff per their recommendation. The first scooters they gave us were in horrible condition. We asked for better ones. They gave us worse ones. We ended up breaking down and it took us 3 hours to get back. They still wanted to charge us full price for these rentals. Staff is nice, food was good and views amazing. "

"We had a lovely short but very sweet stay at this hotel. The location is everything and we were fortunate to have some great views from our room. Though the check in process could have been smoother, the staff were hospitable. We had to wait up at security for some time before being escorted down on the buggy to reception, we also contacted the hotel as we were at the rocky ferry harbour and had no way of reaching the hotel, I feel like this could be a possible free service that the hotel could...

"The property was very spacious with a lovely pool and beach area. We stayed in Lagoon room which was private and also spacious. It was little bit away from main attractions, but a we hired a motorbike to get around The shower was cold until you had to run The water for 1/2 hour before getting warm. The sheets were not changed in the 8 days that we were there. We had to regularly ask for towels, coffee for room as was not replaced. Did was nice for breakfast and dinners"

"The host was exceptional. He was so helpful in organising transport from the mainland to the island and also to the accommodation. When travelling in two groups, he ensured that everyone made the last boat across. He also helped organise snorkelling so easily. I was able to check in early without any hesitation. The place was also great. It has everything we needed included drinking water. The pool was great. It was a perfect location to be able to walk to cafes and restaurants. We did not need...

"We so enjoyed our stay at Chillhouse. The rooms are lovely and taken care of. The pool is refreshing and clean. It is so useful to have the little shop at the front to buy any necessities. It is only about five minutes to walk to beach. It is a very busy road to walk on. Most importantly the family that own Chillhouse are so wonderful, accommodating, and friendly. They replied to WhatsApp texts quickly and answered all of my questions and provided advice when requested, and this was all before...

"Staff were very welcoming and communicated effectively. Room was super clean cozy and lovely. My only issue is that during check in i was told i can order breakfast for a certain price but the following day when i wanted to order, they told me they were not doing breakfast because nobody else asked for breakfast, i didn't understand that since i was paying for it but either way i was able to get breakfast at the warung next door which had amazing food."

"We had an awesome time at The Tamarind. The pools are beautiful, the rooms are very spacious, even with the rollout bed for our daughter. The breakfast was amazing and the staff were absolutely beautiful, so helpful and friendly. The only thing was the location, which was a short walk to the nearest beach. As the hotel is built on a hill, there are lots of steps to get to your room and the pool, but the views are worth it! Thank you for our stay. Anita"
