"The front desk staff were so sweet. I came to town for my birthday and they made it extra special! All of the staff were helpful, we felt so welcomed. The rooms were also pretty quiet, we couldn't hear anything in the rooms. The patio was also a nice touch."

"Negatives: Our room wasn’t ready for over an hour after check in. They (or possibly Expedia?) told us the wrong place to meet the shuttle so we had to wait and backtrack to get to the hotel. Positives: They upgraded our room because we waited. The location was great for the train into Chicago. The breakfast was the best hotel spread I’d seen in a long time."
