"The room was clean, Bar was closed when we got there at 10:30. The forth floor smelled like wet rug and there were a lot of drop ceiling tiles missing. The air conditioner was loud and made a strange noise every time it turned on. I only stayed one night so it was bearable."

"The rooms were very clean. The hallways however had a smell to it, like the carpet needs to be cleaned. Maybe invest in industrial air fresheners in both halls and rooms. There was a molded orange in the bowl of oranges for breakfast. I alerted the waitstaff. Overall wasn’t bad. Across the parking lot from a mall."

"Hello 👋, We stayed May 29th May 30th we had a two and half Hour drive to Katy Mills TX. Check in was easy the deal we originally had was I believe for 1 room 2 queens around $200.00 ish dollars when we got there I asked what floor we were on she said the 4th floor so with Expedia deals sometimes you get the higher level if floors 3rd or 4th floor I was not pleased with that since we just drive 2 1/2 hours from San Antonio Tx the kids were ready to play and so I asked if we had a lower floor...

"The staff was rude and unhelpful, the room service did not touch my bed in 5 days, towels replacement was not every day, trash was ignored, Shower head was broken, window shade was stained. I have photos off all of this and the dirty hallway complete with used Q-Tip. Gross place and rude staff."

"Desayuno horrible, pone autoservicio o continental, solo ofrece pan molde banco, huevos revueltos y café. Bajo mínimo siempre, cuando ibas a desayunar no yacía nada, ni café, huevos revueltos los servían de poco a poco, nada de fruta ni embutidos, platos desechables, cubiertos igual y mesas sucias, tenias que pedir que la limpiaran."

"La propiedad está muy buena, pero NO hay servicios. Las toallas y papel higiénico hay que buscarlo al counter. La ropa de cama ni la habitación fue limpiada en ningún momento durante los 6 seis días de nuestra estadía. Se requirió servicio y NADA! Es una pena pues el lugar está muy bueno y céntrica, pero el servicio CERO!!!"
