"This is a comfortable hotel. The lounge/restaurant area is superb - a great place to relax and enjoy the view over the bay. We enjoyed our bar snacks meal and our one dinner was of excellent quality. Our bathroom was a bit tired - adequate but needed a refurb. Most staff e.g. reception and bar, were warm and welcoming. Outside areas are beautiful - the pool looks good. Reasonable parking Steepish walk down to the little harbour."

"The staff were friendly and helpful. I feel the Hotel was a little dated in places. Be aware if you stay in Room 90, there is a lift to the first floor, but to get to your room you have to walk down a flight of stairs. Breakfast was nice, self service Nice that towels are changed daily. The Hotel is at least a 20 minute walk into the town centre. The Fire Station is right opposite the Hotel. Very good bus service from the bus station. Did a day city tour with Bay tours. 6 hour tour...

"Room was dated, but very tidy and clean, pool facilities were okay, but in need of refurbishment. The sauna was out of order and the mini gym lacked a treadmill. We stayed in a family room, it could have done with more towel rails in the bathroom and a drying rack for when the weather is less agreeable. Otherwise, the staff were amazing and made our stay memorable and fantastic. The plentiful parking was a massive bonus, as was the included breakfast."

"This place was head and shoulders above the Premier Inns in the UK. I use the chain for work fairly frequently and for pleasure occasionally so I have a good idea what to expect, most are OK, a few are better and a few are poor. "The hotel was perhaps not the best choice for 80 year olds with some issues as the entrance to it is rather steep ! However, since we were meeting relatives of varying ages there, and the taxi service in Jersey is excellent, this problem didn’t detract from our enjoyment.. "Rooms are clean.... and warm. The heated pool is lovely. Mainly older guests stay. Perfect location for walking into st helier (10- 15 mins). Staff couldnt do enough for you. Food was good, a different selection every night. A nice bar with at least the basics of each type of drink. "
