"On arrival the member of staff on reception was very welcoming and made check in quick and easy. Some parts of the hotel were a little scruffy but our room was impressively clean. We were blocked on my credit card €90 for a damage deposit and worried we wouldn't get it back as there were a couple of scuffs from chairs on the wall and the kitchen sink tap didn't sit properly but it worked.
