"On n’y parle QUE l’anglais, même et surtout à la réception, chose qui n’arrange pas tout le monde, mais un peu de soin dans les chambres serait le bienvenu, trop de laisser-aller, prises hors service, et aucune dans la salle de bains, garde-robes portes coincées, pas de miroir, mais sans gravité vu que j’y suis retourné et y retournerai encore!"

"Hotel is at a nice place, around 4-5 km away from the city centre. Free parking but limited. Rooms are ok. Staff were friendly and co-operative. Issues were no electric kettle/tea coffee facilities in the room. Biggest letdown was that air conditioning was not working. This was misleading as we booked the room thinking there was air conditioning. The hotel should clearly mention if the services are down. we would have not booked this hotel had we known that AC is down."

"Another fine stay, Hostal wouldn't warrant a stay of more than a few days, but really good for early departures from Alicante/Elche airport, or late arrivals, though make sure you have your details as it's automated check in later on."

"Nos ha gustado mucho este hotel, sobre todo la limpieza, la amabilidad de las personas que nos han atendido y su buena disposición, un entorno espectacular. El desayuno no era demasiado variado, pero suficiente. Si tengo que decir algo que no me ha gustado del alojamiento es el olor tan desagradable que hacía el baño a sumidero y el ruido del ventilador cada vez que encendíamos la luz del baño. "Let me start with the positives: the hotel is conveniently located, close to the beach and a short walk from town. The lobby is beautifully decorated which gives it a nice first impression. Having said that, we had a very poor experience at this hotel for a few reasons. The rooms are tiny so don't expect much comfort or luxury.
