"Loved our greeting !! Miles was very warm and kind to us. Right away we felt welcomed. We need more of Miles in this world We arrived in our room and it was so clean and very comfortable with coffee and tea compliments from you. Lovely stay close too all that Seattle offers"

"Absolutely not what they say on website. The Cafe is not good and overpriced. The staff wanted to visit with each other rather than help you. The roof top has a great view but that's it. The downstairs atrium is very nice as well as the common rooms. The room was clean but you cant take a bath because the tubs have no stoppers and the window unit ac is very loud. Seriously overpriced hotel for what they offer. I've had a better stay at a motel 6"
