The staff did their best, but this motel should be avoided. Everything is so poorly maintained, beds hard and uncomfortable, linens clean but worn and the cheapest possible. 15 watt bulb in the bedside lamp. Coffee maker missing the pot, microwave missing the turntable. It was not a comfortable stay and it wasn't cheap either.

I like budget motels. I will stay in my van before I'll pay $150 or more to sleep. This was a perfectly fine budget motel.

Jovany was most accomodating: whether for a freshly brewed cup of coffee each morning or help with directions. She was very pleasant. The room was clean and well described in the ad. AC always was working.

The worst place I’ve stayed in. Room was run down, cupboard doors hanging by one hinge. Was given some coffee pods,to go with the regular coffee maker, and was told to just ‘break them open’ and put them in the filter basket, lol. With the large number of choices in Fort Macleod available, steer clear of this dump. Try the Red Coat Inn across the street, much, much better!

Checked in at 1150pm after driving since 6am, the woman answered the door in bare feet and her housecoat, the stretch of rotting fish when the door opened was so powerful I thought I would throw up. She gave me the keys and I opened the room door and it was a million degrees in the room and smelled like mildew. The room had dirty used towels in the sink, used cups in the room, a contact lense stuck to the toilet seat and bugs in the tub! I immediately went to the office and checked back out. I told the woman why I was leaving and she asked why I wasn’t happy with the room, and couldn’t stay. I left and spent the night in my car as there were no other rooms anywhere in town. Literally the worst experience ever.

The bedside light was broken. There was no soap on the bathroom. The shower curtain was covered in the pink bacteria scum. I found multiple earwigs in the bathroom. The AC unit did work but it was incredibly loud.
