"I know it’s off season, but the roof top patio was closed and there was never anyone working the bar. Also, the spa was nice was I slipped down the stairs in the pool because they were so slick. Maybe install some mosaic tiles so it’s not so slippery. The edges of the tile steps were very sharp, also. That’s very dangerous. Also, maybe put some foam mats around outside the showers and spa rooms so water doesn’t get everywhere."

"Everything about the hotel was outstanding a bit further from town and if walking the hill is a little tough but the staff and the property make it worth the walk and a good thing after you eat in town "

The hospitality started before we departed as we received an email a week earlier with a warm welcome and hotel instructions which are important because it is in a small town without big city facilities. We arrived late at night and since the restaurant was closed, the personnel offered complimentary finger food and a nice drink. Our room and all the common accesses in the hotel were impeccably clean and...
