The room and hotel were very nice and well kept, but the restaurant area was incredibly cold, the windows in the conservatory area leaked air around the edges and the air con wasn’t running any heating when we were in there eating so hurried through and returned to room. "Rooms were absolutely dreadful. Dirty marks and scrapes all over the place. Nothing like the rooms you see online. They clearly havent been renovated in decades! Staff and pub were great"

"Historical with beautiful ground. We stayed in Hunter, a three bedroom apartment that is built against a ground. It is a bit musty and quite basic. Mattresses are not good quality. Bathroom has no counter space. The property in general feels dated and not luxury when it comes to softwares."

"Very clean and well equipped. Nice area, close to other cities and beaches in Cornwall. The swimming pool was advertised as 24-hour full access but in reality was open only from 10am to 6pm and needed to book every day for each session. The private spa tub was advertised but missing. "
