"top to bottom everything was very very good"

"Hotel seemed like it was recently renovated. Everything looked in top shape. The room (the most important thing) was very spacious, very clean! Not a fan of the bathtub in the bathroom but the cleanliness of it made up for it. Breakfast was meh, but once again, the food area very clean! Definitely will coming back!!"

The location was perfect — close to everything and made getting around super easy. "Walk are so thin you can hear the people upstairs and next to you and in the lobby . It was very disrupting."

"Spent a few days at the Queen Victoria. The staff was very friendly. The location was very good as well. The Victorian detail was very nice throughout. We were not very happy with the room because it was extremely small - the bathroom sink was literally at the foot of the bed. Perhaps that was the room I picked, but I did not realize how tiny it was. The room was on the third floor. It was not a pleasant walk up those flights of stairs as they were very long and steep. "Breakfast was really good. Kathy was so nice to help us with anything we needed. The room was very clean. My only complaint was the pool was supposed to be heated but they didn’t have the heater on. It would have been nice to be able to take advantage of a heated pool. Thank you to all the hard workers at the hotel for making our stay possible."
