"Within walking distance to fairgrounds, and a nearby grocery store. Very clean, open layout for lobby and felt very safe in this area. Great free breakfast every morning, 24 hour coffee and always ice cold water available for free!"

"The air conditioning in the room was very loud. The was a massive red stain on the carpet, which my children were convinced it was blood, and a very sticky gross substance on the mouth receiver end of the phone. Will my face ever not be sticky again? The breakfast was good and the staff were helpful and kind."

"She couldn't get my key to work. Gave me the key to the wrong room. No coffee! The curtains were smaller than the window, so people could see in all night. The Air/Heat was in the bathroom area and couldn't regulate our heat. Run down and disappointing. Right next to train tracks!!!"

"Our room was not cleaned once or had towels etc. refreshed in 3 nights, had an old/musty smell about it so we had to keep the windows open. Amenities are very poor and quite basic in the room. Probably the most meh place we've stayed at in awhile. The breakfast was not bad, waffles were a nice touch and the coffee was decent, it closed at 9am though which is kind of early for a weekend stay so we didn't love that."

"The location to core shopping and eating is good. Our room and down our hallway had a sewer smell off and in. At breakfast, the garbage cans were so full, we had to leave our plates, etc., on the table."

"There was no hot water at all and the front desk staff were not only dismissive, but provided no resolution to our issues - no refund, points or credits. Additionally, they oversold and had to bump us to a different room, will never stay there again."

"I was charged $20 for Im assuming 2 bottled waters. I never received a full print out of the receipt that showed what the $20 fee was for. Paid over $400 for 1 night stay. Room was ok but not $400 worthy."
