"We stayed for a concert at the O2 rather than paying the stupid prices for the Excel situated properties (most of which need a lot of TLC) and we couldn't have been happier. Transport didn't take much longer than the Jubilee/DLR combo we usually use and the hotel was significantly nicer. Great staff, breakfast was excellent and the room very comfortable. Would thoroughly recommend"

"Full kitchen included with a supermarket across the street. Its not worth paying for breakfast you can make your own much cheaper. They also provide pay washing machines."

"Hotel was in a good location, tube only a 15 min walk and close to arenas. This was probably the only good thing about the hotel, which is a complete let down as the pictures made it look lovely. The beds were so uncomfortable and mattress stained with what looked to be blood. Beds were cheap and could have collapsed at any point! Walls were stained with splatters all over them, bodged bits of filler which weren't even sanded/painted over. The bedside tables didn't stand straight and no...

"Great location which absolutely suited our needs for 3 nights in the local area. Rooms were small & lacked storage but the bed was very comfy, the air con was lovely and cool, and there was no noise. Staff were welcoming & acommodating regarding an early check in (no charge)."

"Great place to stay friendly staff we had a lovely top floor room with balcony - room & bathroom were spotless- breakfast was excellent with loads to choose from cooked or more healthy continental options ! Would definitely use again as 5 minute walk to Stratford station and lots of options to travel into London from there thank you to all at the Westbridge for a lovely 2 night stay 🙂"

"On the edge of Stratford. Friendly welcome.Smart decor and mini- room was well equipped and ideal for an overnight. Sadly, there was no hot water. Advised reception on way out at 5pm. Offered alternative room but not accepted as we had late return. Maintenance staff had left. Problem remained upto leaving at 9am. "Very friendly staff in the pub when we checked in. Rooms are not huge but for a short stay they are perfect. Was a bit worried about noise when we booked it but no issues at all. Hackney is a great spot , loads of cafes nearby and good public transport. Will definitely come back again. Many tks, guests from Dublin"

"The Brownswood is lovely and I keep returning year after year. It feels like staying with family. Pub is a great time. Quick access on bus network or plenty of bikes around make commuting to central easy."

"The facilities were good, great to have a coffee machine . Bathroom is tiny hard to put your toothbrush anywhere and doors can be tricky . But great for 1 or 2 nights"
