"We stayed for a concert at the O2 rather than paying the stupid prices for the Excel situated properties (most of which need a lot of TLC) and we couldn't have been happier. Transport didn't take much longer than the Jubilee/DLR combo we usually use and the hotel was significantly nicer. Great staff, breakfast was excellent and the room very comfortable. "On the edge of Stratford. Friendly welcome.Smart decor and mini- room was well equipped and ideal for an overnight. Sadly, there was no hot water. Advised reception on way out at 5pm. Offered alternative room but not accepted as we had late return. Maintenance staff had left. Problem remained upto leaving at 9am. "The hotel was in great location for us, as we went to a concert at the Stadium of London. Parking was easy. We had a room for 4, the price was great. The room had everything we needed, including air con. Which was very much needed as it had been a very warm week. Would stay again"
