"My fiancee and I really enjoyed our stay in our Jacuzzi tub room! The tub is huge and the water stayed hot while filling the whole thing up. It was the perfect way to end a long day spent out at Deception Pass State park, which is less than a 15 minute drive away! "This hotel is wonderful. The location is incredibly convenient and right on the water. The rooms were very clean and the beds were extremely comfortable- not hard or saggy. The room was also pretty- nice gray blue paint, knotty pine ceiling, ceiling lights, soft white bedspreads- it was obvious the property made the effort to look welcoming, clean, and well kept."

"This hotel has very little going for it. The room is substandard. It was clean (except for one sticky table), but old furniture can only get so clean. One chair was horribly stained. The property is substandard. The restaurant had a great hamburger. Check in took a long time because the person in charge at the bar was outside making a phone call. (You check in at the bar). "It was beautiful! View outstanding. The pictures you have need to be updated. The outside looks nothing like the photos. Overgrown- weeds by the front door area and so much sand. Cliff we can tell has been slowly eroding. Next door the neighbors are loosing their yard. Your yard the fence dangerous. I would not have any children in yard. grassy and things including old tables and wire fencing laying around. Deck falling apart. Lots of sand- we understand but none cleaned up. "It’s called the Belmont Hotel on all the travel sites but when you get there, they say through the phone that it’s called Vacasa. This hotel is not open when you peek inside the windows of the hotel and front desk and no one around to assist. We had numerous calls trying to get someone to help us and everyone informed us they couldn’t help us until 4 o’clock when we could use a code that would be emailed to us privately to get into the hotel.
