Rooms were cleaned but are outdated. We saw a small roach in the room. Food choices were okay, but more variety would be appreciated. The all-inclusive felt misleading with only one restaurant available. No water bottles in the room, and the shower head was broken.

The hotel is modern, just wish the rooms were bigger. The front desk staff was very nice, and friendly.. We had an issue with our key pad and the guys came to fix it very quickly. Would stay there again.

CC Beach Front Papagayo All Inclusive
Apologies as this review comes quite late. My stay at CC was absolutely amazing. It was during a quiet time, so not many bookings. And I couldn't have asked for a better time. Quiet, met a few ppl, staff was excellent. I stayed Sept 29 - Oct 4, 2025.
