"No maid service for 4 days. Why? Not my idea of a clean hotel room. Biggest hair on bathroom floor, stuff in shower. "

"Room was not clean, dressers were old and scratched up. Floor was dirty, mattress was old and nasty, with part of the metal pieces exposed. Pool was closed during the day when we arrived, the next morning before check out we entered and left immediately due to water in hot tub being cloudy and slimy. Pool was almost as bad. "

"Toilet was not flushed when we first entered room so bathroom had a foul smell for the first hour or so. Breakfast was delicious, the rest of the room was nice and clean. Staff seemed inconvenienced when we asked for hand soap and other questions. "

"Room and location were excellent. Parking spots are minimal on a busy week and mainly for compacts. Use valet parking is my recommendation. "

"Room was nice, beds comfortable. They were replacing the carpet on 2 floors so many rooms not filled. The casino was dead, no one was in any of the restaurants, not sure they were even open. One of the sports bars had a few people. It was kind of eery. I the price was right, so it didn't bother us."

"On arrival, this Indian lady who was seated with another Indian man was terrible, she spoke to us like she owns the whole world. We asked her to show us just the entrance that goes to our rooms but it looks like she was pinned on her chair, only to walk around we met other people outside who were lost looking for their rooms.We were all wandering like headless chicken in felt like we were gonna stay there for free. Finally after getting the rooms, pests were wandering around the rooms , my bed sheets were dirty, the floors looked like they poured sand there for months and abandoned them, I called the front desk to complain and that Indian answered the call and mentioned that rooms are clean , I can’t explain everything but overall , it is a terrible place . I know the price ain’t that high but it is for a basic hotel which at-least clean their rooms. I can never recommend anyone to stay there . Not even a simple shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom! Terrible "
