"Staff members were very helpful. The room had an amazing view of Osaka (we were on the 29th floor) Then room conditions were very old. Carpet looked dirty and there were multiple food and food stains still stuck on the bed runner on 2 of the 4 beds in the room, unsure if it was ever washed. Overall would not book again. "

"We stayed here for 11 nights in March 2026. We booked the largest room for just my husband and I, so it was very spacious. The room was great and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location is excellent, conveniently close to Dotonbori, with numerous restaurants nearby and a 7-11 is just a stone throw away from the hotel. Every staff member we encountered was incredibly kind and welcoming, consistently greeting us with warmth. I arranged for luggage transfer from Osaka to Kyoto, and the staff had our tags prepared in advance and reassured us that everything would be handled smoothly. We had a wonderful experience and will definitely return on our next visit to Osaka!"

"The hotel was quite nice, the room was small but had everything we needed and were very well maintained and clean. It was across the street from the train station which made it easy to travel and walkable to tourists sites with many restaurants and shops next door."
