"The indoor pool and spa were the two reasons we chose this hotel for my wife’s birthday. We were notified the night before our stay that the pool was out of service for the weekend we were staying. That was ok because the spa was still something for my wife to look forward to. We called in advance for spa day passes and were told that we have buy them on site after checking in and wouldn’t be a problem .
