"The only issue I had if you could say that was my shower above the bath was really badly positioned and hard to stand under as it was so far back from the bath, but the the pressure and temperature were really good so you can live with it but badly positioned."

I think may be a plumbing issue . Also is it possible for the hotel to change to disposable toilet brushes instead of the regular toilet brushes? Above all I will say the hotel is ok for proximity to all places especially if you don't have a car."
