"Property appeared run-down, not well maintained. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The free breakfast was not ready when advertised and lacked variety. Check in staff was rude and hurriedly showed us to our room. My husband and I had stayed here several years before and returned twice after that with 2other couples: Definitely not the same quality 😔"

"This was a wonderful place to stay in Islamorada! The staff was super helpful and friendly. They allow dogs so we were able to bring our Maltipo. Pool, restaurant, roosters, all were perfect. You also get to go to their other properties which were amazing. Rooms were clean and very comfortable. Location is perfect! We are already planning our next trip. "

"Our stay was nothing short of Amazing. It's a very quiet property, which we really enjoyed. Everything was very clean. Kayaking was so beautiful near the resort in the mangroves. We were able to spot several manatees and a small shark on our kayaking adventures. The scones were the absolute BEST!!! We stay in the Manatee room (room 1) during our stay. "It is a great launching area to explore all of the keys. It is an older property, but the price reflects that. It felt safe and secure and the proximity to the water was awesome. Staff were friendly ad prompt."

The free kayaks and bikes were in terrible condition and the pool was dirty and had many visible concrete holes on the bottom. The WiFi and ice machine were both not working and the water pressure was almost nonexistent. "

"Overpriced by a long shot. Old,needs an upgrade. Elevator was not working so had to lug all our luggage up 3 flights. Room took 2 extra hours after check in and we got up there and girl at desk never activated our key. Avoid this place."
