"Property appeared run-down, not well maintained. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The free breakfast was not ready when advertised and lacked variety. Check in staff was rude and hurriedly showed us to our room. My husband and I had stayed here several years before and returned twice after that with 2other couples: Definitely not the same quality 😔"

"This was a wonderful place to stay in Islamorada! The staff was super helpful and friendly. They allow dogs so we were able to bring our Maltipo. Pool, restaurant, roosters, all were perfect. You also get to go to their other properties which were amazing. Rooms were clean and very comfortable. Location is perfect! We are already planning our next trip. "

Our cinder block room was so tiny we couldn’t even open up our suitcase unless we put it on top of the bed— there was literally less than 12” on each side of the bed. "Hotel is 2 separate buildings, one down the street which we were in but not notified about prior. This building appears to be under renovation without a pool or water view. All rooms are along busy, loud A1A. AC barely work and water pressure is minimal. "
