"Average Hotel"

"The views were amazing. The room was lovely, although it could use updating and there was a weird stand in our tub. However, it was cleaned and the bed was quite comfortable. The pool was lovely and you could tell it was well maintained. My only complaint in that area would be the towel bar was not open the entire time. We did not get the opportunity to experience this spa. The food at rumfire was quite good, although a little overpriced. However, this is Hawaii and everything is. The service. Was top notch the entire time we had an excellent server. Unfortunately I forget her name or I would mention her here. Our check-in experience was phenomenal and every interaction we had with the staff was lovely. "

"Nice hotel in Kapa'a. Staff was very helpful. The room a great size with oceanfront view. Pool very nice. The staff lent out bikes, beach chairs dvds and beach towels. Home made treats to greet you. We had a lot of trouble with the wifi not working. The front desk said they were changing carriers. Basically didn't work half the time. "
