"Loved the access to the ocean. Pool was lovely and having a bar by the pool was nice. Our room was clean and tidy although marks on bathroom floor were a bit off putting. That being said, we would stay again!"

"Such nice front desk help! All of them were so sweet! Love the location with being able to go north and south and near the airport. Also loved being next to Lava Lava. We have stayed here off and on and would stay again."

"Check in process needs improved. Room should have been ready at 3 but it wasn't. So after 4 I asked again and they were able to put us in a different room (same type) that was ready. I'm not sure why they didn't do this in the first place. Also, right at prime check in time between 3-4 pm, 2 out of the 3 front desk workers left/went on break leaving Grace alone. This happened on both check in day and check out day which are the only two times I went to the front desk. She kept a smile among the very long line. I felt bad for her. Also there was a lot of garbage and towels left by the pool area unfortunately from messy guests. One day, the workers went home and plates of food were just left at the pool chairs and never picked up. I picked up trash around the pool area hoping it would not blow into the ocean. Overall, the property is very nice and I would stay there again, but definitely pack your patience for the front desk and don't expect your room to be ready on time."

My original arrival date was June 17; however, my flight was delayed, and I was unable to arrive or check in that night. As a result, I did not stay at the hotel on June 17 and only stayed for one night afterward. Would it be possible to receive a refund or credit for the night I was unable to use due to the flight delay? I would greatly appreciate your consideration.
