We enjoyed our stay very much! As our flight was early morning, the team organised breakfast bags for us upon departure. Issues were resolved promptly and efficiently. There are many places to eat close to the hotel. I would definitely stay here again

環境不錯，酒店餐廳早餐，滇香馆晚餐都不錯。房內設施舊，畢竟是5星級酒店，都有應該的清潔、整齊。開水喉就有熱水，但有時水溫不穩。想起來房間床頭的usb 是壞的，電話充電最好帶齊插頭。第一天到步時門口的職員叫我把行李不要帶進登記大廳，語氣不太友善。進去發現其他客人都是自己帶著的，登記完畢後發現那個職員走了去開車送客人回房間，我那行李箱沒人看著， 那時候在旁邊的客人蠻多！

Spacious room. The hotel was quiet, in fact too quiet it felt like a ghost town. The shopping area located inside the property was all closed and locked up, and you don't see that many guests around. Service was subpar, definitely not Hyatt's standards.

Beautiful property hindered by sloppy service

The Property is beautiful. The service by staff is not so great. When arrived , no staff to welcome or help with luggage. Arrived 3pm time slot. During departure 5am - also no one to help and say good bye. StAff is sleepy - not sure if is due to low season and not so many people.

멋친 풍경, 좋은 룸상태, 친절한 스텝

방갈로에 머물렀는데 설산이 뒤로 펼쳐진 훌륭한 풍경을 볼수 있고 넓고 깨긋한 룸 상태와 친절한 스텝들 덕분에 좋은 시간을 보낼수 있었습니다만 마지막 날 저녁을 먹고 오니 조명이 들어오지 않아서 밤 10시에 결국 방을 옮기게 되었는데 같은 등급으로 옮겨 주기로 했으나 맨션 형태의 3층 방으로 바꿔줘서 조금 실망을 하게 되었습니다.

令人失望

酒店位置十分一般，遠離古城。我們本身預訂了套房，但check in員工自行安排了另外一間據說是景觀比較好但較細的房間，變相是downgrade 了。直到我們發現詢問才講，浪費了很多時間去轉房。房間中規中距，性價比低，同在麗江的州際酒店好很多。但員工態度有禮。酒店中餐廳味道好好，用了團購超便宜，兩人餐只要$128.

Highly recommend, would definitely stay again. Room was large and lovely. the hotel dining was excellent. Only issues were that I couldn't get a cocktail at the bar as it was a beer-only night. Also, the breakfast started at 0630 which I had to miss as I had to leave for an early flight. There was no in-room breakfast available.

Nice hotel, but the location too far from the old town, the staff need more tranning, book the room from Expedia app. After arrived the hotel, the front desk can’t find the reservation, been waiting for almost 2 hours. Finally I Have to told the staff contect thier reserve department, after they confirm the reservation, have to wait for room clean, the staff don’t feel sorry in holetime.

I am currently staying at the hayatt hotel. The hotel is beautifully managed with traditional-style buildings on a spacious ground. There are many facilities, of which the sauna is particularly spectacular. And above all, I was impressed by the friendly staff at the grand club. Sally and Judy provided a careful and friendly service with a smile. I've booked Hyatt for the first time because member of Accor club. However, due to Sally and Judy kindness, I became more interested in using Hyatt, too.
