Absolutely loved this place. Had beautiful grounds to go and sit in peace after a long day of walking around the waterfalls. Clean, cozy rooms, nice breakfast and a lovely family who own and manage the property themselves.

Lovely room in a excellent location for easy access to the old town. Ivan was very welcoming and helpful and we would definitely recommend to anyone looking to stay in zadar.

A fantastic place to stay. The staff were friendly and very helpful in suggesting how to tackle Plitvice Lakes in the time we had to maximise our visit. We were offered a home cooked evening meal for €20 for 2 courses. It was delicious and well worth considering if you stay here, just note you need to pay in cash for the meal. We hope to be coming back here at a different time of year to experience the incredible lakes and will definitely be staying here.

Filomena was the perfect place to stay when visiting Plitvice Lakes National Park. Ideally located within easy walking distance of the park entrance, it combines convenience with a wonderfully peaceful setting. Boskinac is a beautiful little oasis. The room was enormous and comfortable, especially the bed. The two restaurants and breakfast are top-notch. I especially loved that you get all local ingredients as well as wine and olive oil produced on-premise. All around a great stay at this property.

The stay here was amazing, so close to plitvice lakes, Very very clean, modern accommodation, the restaurant food was absolutely delicious and very good value for money, The staff were super friendly and super helpful, I really did not want to leave.

We stayed as a family of 4 from the UK. This was a superb campsite with excellent mobile home facilities. Our home was clean and modern and the campsite was quiet and well maintained. The food at in restaurant and pool bar was excellent and we had a 20% discount as we’d booked via Expedia. Breakfast was a little disappointing as they served one option but there was an al la carte option that could be paid for. We had a lovely stay at House Karakas. The host was very welcoming :-) The room appeared recently renovated with a really good finish. It was clean and welcoming. The house was a great location for Plitvice National Park about a 20 minute drive away. I wouldn't hesitate on recommending House Karakas...thank you Lydia for a lovely welcome and stay.

Ideal location to explore the lakes, entering via entrance 3 and avoiding big queues at entrance 1 & 2.

We stayed for 1 night as part of our Honeymoon Croatia tour. The host was incredibly friendly and the apartment was very spacious and clean. We would reccomend 100%
