"Nice place. Miss the personal welcome, it makes a difference. We received a blank check-in email and had no one to help or even a number to call. Thankfully they responded quickly to the email help request so we received our full check in details without too much delay.
Some cleaning issues eg mould in shower. Poor quality gowns, bleach stains on them and no gown belts, poor quality towels. Both things fairly tatty.
We booked for 2 adults and two children - the apartment was only set up...

"This little lodge was so cute, and the property it is on is beautiful. Everything was comfortable and cozy!
The hot tub was great after a full day of hiking and very clean. "
