"Location is great. Staff are excellent. Clean and modern."

"Very clean and safe Room was large as well as the bathroom. Very helpful staff no issues. I needed to book an extra day so i didnt have to wait in the airport for eight hours because my flight didn't leave to 2200 and they gave me a discount because I would be staying the night. Super helpful"

"Great staff so friendly and welcoming especially the younger staff! There was one older dude who was ok. Great location especially for rainy days lots to do near by like salons, cat cafes etc. nice to be away from the beach crowds but still close enough to go. 7 eleven few steps away. You can get Michelin rated grab to hotel. Hotel is spacious and cleaning staff did an amazing job servicing room everyday. The luggage boys are great too! No free Netflix. Bathroom was huge and white and clean! No...

"Beautiful hotel located at a convenient spot in Old Town. Room was surprisingly very spacious. Staff at Hawa House made sure we have freshly stocked drinking water and new towels every day. Would definitely stay at Hawa House again next time I go to Phuket and would definitely recommend it to anyone!"

"Great location, clean and comfortable."

"Beautiful stunning old hotel in the heart"

"Clean room and building. Friendly and helpful staff. Located near local shops and food. Rooms are not insulated from noise very well at all. I heard another guest having an entire phone conversation in the lobby in the middle of the night. Trucks blowing their horns at 3 am. People constantly slamming their room doors at all hours of the night. Even with earplugs it was hard to get sleep."

"部屋は広く清潔に清掃されており大変満足しました。 ただ一つ残念だったのはシャワーの水圧が弱すぎです。便器の横にあるお尻洗浄用のシャワーの方が吐出面積が狭いため、水圧は強かったように感じました。 それ以外は満足です"

"We really enjoyed our stay at Ratri Hotel. The location in Phuket Old Town is perfect, with colorful streets, cafes, shops, and great local food just steps away. The staff were warm, welcoming, and very helpful with recommendations and getting around. Our room was clean, comfortable, and stylish, and we always came back to a fresh, well-kept space. The hotel has a charming, relaxed atmosphere that made it easy to unwind after exploring. Great value, great service, and an ideal base for...

"Good place. Good pool. Would stay again. Need to uber / taxi / grab - but that’s fine"

"check out took a while. they had to send staff to the room to verify things before you are cleared to go. toilet amenities were not replaced daily. overall, not a great experience given the Novotel branding."

"This hotel is charming and beautiful, the rooms are comfortable and the location is amazing. But the staff are the super stars here, always so helpful and friendly. Do yourself the favour of staying at Casa Blanca while you are in Phuket!"

"Rent rum, nära att gå till allt och ligger på bakgata så man slipper trafikljuden."

"タウンまでは少し歩きますがバスターミナルも徒歩圏内で利便性はよかったです。"

"I had a very clean, green, minimal and cute room. If you are a minimalist, you'll like the room. I enjoyed staying with them! Thank you!"

"Semuanya ok, kecuali suara Kipas Angin yang cukup besar (agak bising ) mungkin karena kami terbiasa di kamar kami di rumah tenang/sunyi"

"Staff very friendly and helpful. Free breakfast. We really enjoyed the free cooking class."
