"This place needs a complete remodel and badly. Not even sure where to start. Sketchy elevator, stains on the carpet, windows that don’t open more than 4-5 inches which means the room is like a hotbox where sleep will elude you. Sorry but an ocean view doesn’t make up for no AC or a lack of windows ..."
