"Thermostat didn’t work. Back entrance wasn’t always locked. Ate breakfast about 8AM, hot items were like warm.
Staff were very professional and attentive, but I called to see if I would be able to check in a little early and was told there would be a $30 charge "
"Free shuttle to the Hollywood Casino Amphitheater was a plus. Breakfast was also a good bonus. After the concert, I suggest walking back to the hotel. The traffic is extremely congested and the walk is not to far. "
"The room was clean, spacious and comfortable, although showers and tubs should have safety rails. My biggest complaint is the pool hours. The pools and spa were beautiful and clean, but guests like me who enjoy an early morning and evening swim are left in the dust. The limited pool hours from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. are insufficient, because those are the hours that I enjoy gambling, shopping and taking in the tourist attractions. Because of the limited pool hours, I probably will seek gambling and accommodations elsewhere."
"Walking in, renovations were going on and we were not informed when booking. Very minor inconvenience but inconvenient no less. Went to the front desk to check in and was given keys to room 215. When I opened the door, the room was full of someone else’s thing. Went to the desk and the young lady seemed shocked and didn’t really know what to do. After she made several phone calls. I was given keys to room
315. About to walk into the room, the door for room 313 swings open and an other employee says sorry we are going to move you here. Then there was maintenance in the room trying to fix things as we stood there all in the same small space. No numbers on the doors, just paper taped to the doors with numbers that kids were switching throughout the stay. Rooms were clean but that was about the only perk. The staff was rude and seemed terribly bothered by all their guests. Disappointing as previous stays at this property were great."
"We had bed bugs in the first room. After being moved to another room, after midnight, the 2nd room had a toilet that would not flush. The next day, we were moved to a 3rd room. The elevator and hallways smell like Marijuana."
"Staff was great. Shuttle was a life saver and worth the money. The shampoo and body wash in the shower would not dispense. King bed very comfortable. Glad there was a safe to use in the room. AV in room worked well. 7th floor at elevators the wall paper was healing away from wall by the buttons. Need more seating at bar before you get to the casino. The dog restaurant inside the casino could have been better but at 1 am your just glad somethings open. Room was clean."
