"The room wasn’t clean. It had stains all over the walls and baseboards. The bathroom shower had mold around the bottom of it. There wasn’t a light cover over the bathroom light, and spider webs and dust all over the vent. The ceilings and walls had cracks in them. The bed was awful not even a real mattress. I could barely get the door open it wasn’t opening properly. And outside there were people standing all around the steps blocking use of them. As well as when I left this morning several men standing outside my room drinking alcohol."

"First room they had me check in on the 4th floor smelled like urine. Got a replacement room in the 3rd floor. Nice big rooms. Good breakfast. Good coffee. Nice place. Not great. Staff was not very helpful. Yellow light blinked on my phone and the staff didn’t know how to turn it off. Staff girl locked me out of room at 11:05am even though she approved me for late 12:00 check out. Ignorant lazy staff? Frozen berries at breakfast weren’t thawed out properly."

"For years, I have considered this a reliable destination where I knew exactly what to expect in terms of excellence. However, our recent stay was an eye-opening experience that confirmed the facility has undergone a drastic shift in philosophy, trading its once-stellar reputation for a bottom-line-focused approach that feels decidedly "cheap." The front desk staff were wonderful. They were a saving grace. The housekeeping team does a stellar job. Our room was impeccably clean upon arrival. It was a relief to walk into a space that was well-sanitized and tidied. Once you step out of the room, the quality decline becomes obvious. Every amenity & feature that once made this hotel a premier choice now feels like an afterthought. Extended wait for tables while looking out over half-empty dining rooms is not just an inconvenience; it is a signal of poor management and a lack of adequate staffing. The attitude of the hostess at the Brazilian steakhouse was something to be greatly desired, greatly. It's disheartening to see such decline of what used to be a guest-oriented establishment. It's lost its edge, and it's no longer holding itself to the high standard for which it was once known. If you are looking for a clean hotel, you will find it, thanks to the housekeeping team. However, if you are looking for the full service, quality amenities, and all-inclusive hospitality that this brand once promised, you will leave disappointed."

"This seems to be a relatively new hotel. Everything was very clean and well maintained. My room was large with very comfortable beds. The only complaint I have is the smell of cleaning products in my room was a bit bothersome. I’d prefer they use products that are unscented or at least not so strong."

"There were mystery stains on the sheets and blankets, a hole above the shower, and the front door didn’t shut all the way. Very noisy area. But hey, it was cheap."

"I am a SOLO Traveler and this was a nice choice. I am always bummed that the Hotels can't leave the pool open later. I wasn't able to use it since I arrived later than I had planned but it look very inviting. Breakfast was the Standars Fair and had good options. Room - Bed was comfy, sheets were very nice & towels were thick & soft."

"The desk staff person whose name eludes me at this time (possibly Jennifer) was superb with her level of support even coming to check the door when it did not open with either key and personally checking to determine if I had all that I needed."
