Staff was great. Room was clean, but nothing exciting. Pool was kind of cold considering it's indoors. Restaurant was good, maybe a touch high priced. Hyatt Place Lincoln / Downtown - Haymarket
Staff …… when I arrived at 11:45pm the inner doors were locked and the staff member made me wait until she was done with a customer to be let in. Not what I expected to happen, If I could I would have taken my business elsewhere I would have.
