"Best staff ever. We had a terrible experience at another hotel and had to leave after check in. The staff streaks the Ramada made that seem less and helped accommodate some special needs/requests. Their kindness, efficiency and skill were appreciated!"

"Staff in the morning shift on 04/09/2026 is very unprofessional. They have not idea how treat the customer. I received the email from hotel this morning if I want to do late check out. The was offered $ 30.00 for late check out at 4.00pm. When I went to desk to accept they told they don’t know anything about. In the very rude way. Staff very unpleasant with customer. I hope hotel ownership knows. They really need care the customer right "

"I got in late at night. Room was clean, the bedding very comfortable and the gym had everything I needed. I will say it's an older property and you can see it in the hallways but the room was great. I would stay here again As a heads up the bottled water in the room isn't free unless you have a certain Hilton status... just go down to the gym and grab a cold bottle from the fridge in the gym. "
