"Worst hotel experience I’ve had. The problems started before I even checked in. There was no self-parking available, only valet, which cost an outrageous $62 per day. I originally booked through Expedia without any issues, but when I needed to extend my stay, I booked the additional nights directly through the hotel. "This is a charming, reasonably priced hotel in a nice neighborhood. It’s less than half a mile from the cruise terminal, which is extremely convenient, if you’re flying into Seattle the night before a cruise. My favorite thing about this place, however, was the staff. They were friendly, personable, helpful, and knowledgeable about the area. Autumn was particularly nice and made an excellent recommendation for a local restaurant, which was amazing. Highly recommended."

"My stay was overall good, clean and comfortable room, quiet area. Parking lot is bit tight. My biggest problem was shower: water pressure is a trickle, hot/cold knobs are wacky and the shower head was ridiculously low, under 5 ft."
