"I checked in around 9:00 AM and approached the front desk. The staff member asked for my identification, returned it, and instructed me to wait to the side. After waiting for about 25 minutes with no update, I approached her again to ask what I was waiting for. Only then was I informed that check-in time is at 12:00 noon.
