"It was 12:45 AM when we were checking in and we had to leave at 5:30 AM for the airport for our flight. We just wanted to check in and sleep. However, they have a new virtual clerk (possibly stationed in Indonesia or Singapore) and it took almost 30 minutes for us to check in. They asked for all of the information that we submitted in Expedia, and they had to have a copy of the drivers' licenses of ALL SIX people staying in the two rooms. We had to scan each of them (front and back). I did not feel comfortable having so much personal data scanned and sent halfway around the world over the internet. I will not be staying in a Motel 6 again. "

They changed my room. During that process not sure if it was an owner or a manger who requested to see the bed bug. I showed him the picture I took THAT morning. He wanted to proceed to tell me it wasn’t a bed bug. My sibling now had multiple hives thought out their body. "
